C3 Corvette, (1968-1981) with bolt-in transmission crossmember.
p/n rcc3-350 Installation notes:
- This crossmember is installed with the manufacturer’s label facing the rear of the vehicle. A second determining feature is the crossmember center tube has a bracket welded to the back to accept the factory brake cable pulley.
- The crossmember is installed so that the exhaust clearance humps are closed on the top and open on the bottom.
- New fasteners are provided for the bottom – up bolts. The installer must re-use the long horizontal bolts.
THIS CROSSMEMBER IS INTENDED FOR AFTERMARKET EXHAUST. IF USING THE FACTORY EXHAUST, THERE MAY BE CLEARANCE ISSUES.
