Our three-step, in-house machining process includes:
Step 1 - We start by feeding a rough stock of brass through the barfeed in the first part of the lathe process.
Step 2 - Create a finishing length, then change the bit to add a smooth finish.
Step 3 - Mill the flats, in preparation for chroming.
