By smoothing and maximizing exhaust flow with a larger diameter full length header, you'll notice huge gains in power. With highly modified engines, adding a set of long tube headers and an off-road x-pipe can add as much as 40 rear wheel horsepower! Borla XR-1 long tube headers are manufactured from mandrel-bent T-304 aircraft quality stainless steel with precision TIG welds. A primary tube of 1.75 inch flows seamlessly to a 3 inch collector. This header is complete with an off-road only x-pipe, premium hardware, gaskets, and instructions engineered specifically for your C6 Z06, ZR1, or 427 Corvette.
